Terms and Conditions

How To Enter/Eligibility:

Anyone over 18 may enter the giveaway.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Only one entry per person for a completed survey is eligible. However, participants can earn additional entries by referring more participants. A unique url is given to you at the end of the survey to track your referrals.
Participants may earn more entries by referring more people to the survey with their unique url provided at the end of the survey. For each participant referred that completes the survey, the referrer will earn 10 additional entries.
Entries must comply with the rules.

Deadlines:

Each Giveaway has its own deadline.
Entries must be submitted on or before midnight on the deadline date for each Giveaway

Winner Selection and Notification:

Winners will be chosen by a random drawing.
The odds of winning depends on the number of entrants for each Giveaway.
Contest winners will be notified by e-mail.
If an email to a winning entrant is returned as undeliverable, e5 Marketing will try to contact the entrant by phone or postal mail. If the entrant cannot be contacted within 21 days of the announcement of a winner, that entrant forfeits rights to a prize.

General Conditions:

Contest is void where prohibited by law.
All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner.
Prizes will be mailed to U.S. participants free of charge; prizes will be shipped by FedEx collect to participants residing outside the U.S.
E5 Marketing shall have the right to determine all questions that may arise concerning this promotion.
